Build me a simple desktop app called FuseClip for Windows and macOS.

It should be a free app that people can download and install on Windows x64, Windows arm64, and Apple Silicon Macs. The main thing it needs to do is check for new releases automatically when the app is running, then let the user update from inside the app without having to go hunt for a new download.
