I want you to build the project that’s packed in this zip file and make it run cleanly from a fresh start.

Please inspect what’s inside, figure out the main purpose of the app, and set it up so it works without me having to do much. If anything is missing or broken, fix it and make the code easier to launch and understand. I’d also like a simple README so I know how to install it, start it, and what it’s supposed to do.
