Build me a privacy first browser extension that tracks how long I spend on each website and keeps everything saved locally on my device. I want it to work in Chrome and Firefox, start timing when a tab is active, stop when I switch away or close it, and group results by domain instead of full page URLs.

Give it a clean dark popup that shows a weekly view with a simple bar chart and a table of the top sites, plus a way to switch between days or weeks. Add an options page where I can manage an ignore list for browser internal pages and any sites I do not want tracked. I also want export options for PDF and JSON, and a button to clear my data.
