Build me a web app called ChessMate that helps people improve at chess with AI powered coaching.

I want a simple chat style interface where someone can paste a game, ask about a position, or say things like analyze my last game and get clear feedback on mistakes, inaccuracies, best moves, and why they matter. It should also generate practice puzzles from real positions, show helpful study material by finding similar games, and include an interactive chessboard so I can set up positions and make moves visually.

Make it feel polished and easy to use, with a modern layout, a sidebar for the board, and thumbs up or down feedback on responses. Please include local setup with Docker, environment variables for the API and databases, and a way to load chess data into the app from a PGN file.
