Anarios/return-youtube-dislike ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a browser extension that brings back YouTube dislike counts so they show up again on video pages just like they used to. It should work in Chrome and Firefox, and if possible also have a simple userscript version for other browsers. I want it to look native on YouTube, not like a separate app, and to update automatically when I open videos.

Please make it use whatever method works best for getting dislike numbers now, and include a small website or info page if that helps explain what it does. Also make sure it has clear support for English and room for other languages later. If you need to check current browser extension docs or YouTube behavior online, go ahead.
