Build me a self hosted live world map app that shows aircraft, ships, satellites, earthquakes, outages, conflict events, and other public OSINT feeds on one 3D globe.

I want it to work with no API keys, run locally with Docker, and open in the browser with a clean dashboard. The big thing is that it should keep its own history so I can scrub back in time and replay what was on the map at any past moment, not just show the current state. Each contact should also show where it came from, how many sources agree on it, and how fresh the data is.

Please include a way to inspect details for a selected object, plus a simple evidence locker so I can save captures and get a case report with the source trail attached. It should feel like a serious single analyst situation console, honest about gaps in coverage, and clear when something is old or uncertain. If you need to check current docs for any feeds or map libraries, do that.
