Build me a desktop app that can turn a real world place into a detailed Minecraft world. I want to pick an area on a map, choose my saved Minecraft world folder, and click a button to generate it.

It should recreate roads, buildings, terrain, and natural features as accurately as possible using map and elevation data, and it should work for both Minecraft Java and Bedrock. Please include a simple GUI with options for things like map size, spawn point, world scale, and whether to include building interiors.
