Build me a portable desktop file sharing app based on copyparty. I want to run it on Windows, pick one or more folders to share, and instantly get a browser link plus a QR code so phones and other computers can upload and download files.

Please make the normal copyparty features easy to use, like resumable uploads and downloads, drag and drop uploads, folder downloads as zip, thumbnails, media browsing, search, basic users and passwords, and optional WebDAV or FTP access. Keep it lightweight and simple, I don’t want to install a database or a bunch of services.

The main thing I need is system tray behavior. When I close or minimize the window, the server should keep running in the tray. The tray menu should let me open the web page, copy the link, start or stop the server, see basic status or logs, and quit for real.
