Build me a self hosted contract management app for legal teams that feels like an AI first version of Ironclad and Harvey in one product.

I want a web app where people can upload contracts, review and search them, ask questions across the whole contract history, and get answers that are grounded in the actual documents with citations back to the source pages. It should support drafting, redlining, negotiation suggestions, approval workflows, e signature, and tracking post signature obligations. I also want a portfolio view that can compare things like pricing, renewals, risk, and common clause patterns across all contracts.

Make it run privately on my own server with Docker, and let me plug in my own model key for Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini.
