Build me a simple full stack app for managing and integrating medical records.

I want a clean frontend where a user can sign in, view a patient list, open a patient profile, and see their medical history, prescriptions, lab results, and visit notes in one place. The main goal is to make it easy to combine records from different sources into a single organized view, with search and basic filtering so it is easy to find the right patient or document.

On the backend, set up the APIs and data storage needed to create, read, update, and organize records safely. Please make the app feel practical and easy to use, with a modern but simple layout. If you need current docs or best practices for anything, look them up online.

Use TypeScript throughout, and make sure the frontend and backend work together cleanly. I’d like the result to be something I can run locally and extend later into a proper medical records integration system.
