Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a personal knowledge wiki from my saved X bookmarks about AI, LLMs, agents, and building software.
I want the raw bookmark notes kept separate, and then a set of clear concept pages that synthesize them into a connected wiki I can open in Obsidian and browse like a graph. Each concept page should have short explanations, lots of internal links, and source references back to the original bookmark notes so I can trace where each idea came from. If newer sources conflict with older ones, call that out plainly.
Please make it feel like a real research notebook, not a blog. Organize it by topics like LLM foundations, training, inference, prompting, agents, retrieval, evaluation, tools, startups, and learning resources. Include an index page, a simple log of changes, and a manifest of the bookmarks that were ingested. If you need to check current Obsidian or Markdown conventions, look them up online first.
