Build me a desktop app for removing vocals from music files, like the Ultimate Vocal Remover tool. I want a simple GUI where I can load one or more audio files, choose a separation model, and export the results as instrumental and vocal tracks. It should feel easy for a normal person to use, with clear buttons, progress updates, and a place to pick output folders and basic settings like file format and quality.

Make it work cross platform if possible, and keep it usable even when the user has no technical setup beyond installing the app. If you need to look up current docs online for the audio and model dependencies, do that. Use the project files already in the repo as the basis, and make sure the app can actually run and process audio locally without needing a cloud service.
