Build me a simple website for sharing and reading research papers for Journal of Sustainable Businesses in Emerging Economies.

I want it to run with Docker Compose, use Go for the backend, Gin for the web server, SQLite for storage, Redis for caching, Firebase for sign in, and Nginx as the reverse proxy. Please make it into a working MVP that can let people browse papers, view paper details, search or filter them if that is already supported, and sign in so authenticated users can add or manage papers.

Keep it practical and clean, since this repo is still a work in progress. Use the existing environment setup, read the README files in the backend packages if you need more detail, and make sure the app can start with the provided env example. If anything is missing, fill in the obvious gaps so the site feels usable end to end.
