Anon4You/OnlineSimBot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Telegram bot in Python that lets users get a random virtual phone number from OnlineSim. It should pull available countries and numbers, filter for active and online ones, then send the user one random number with the country info.

I also want inline actions so the user can refresh or renew the number, check the number profile to see whether it already has an account, and open an inbox view that shows the last 5 messages for that number. Add the basic bot commands too, like start, restart, help, usage, and number.
