Build me a web app called AI Code Reviewer that lets a developer paste in code or upload a file, then analyzes it for bugs, security issues, performance problems, and maintainability. I want it to give a clear score, explain what is wrong in plain English, and show suggested fixes with a side by side diff so I can accept the fix and run the review again.

It should also have a place to sign in, save past reviews, and show a dashboard with simple charts for trends and issue breakdowns. If possible, let users connect GitHub, browse repositories and branches, and review pull requests with a manual approval step before posting comments back to GitHub.
