Build me a simple app that turns a plain text resume into a polished portfolio webpage.

I want a browser page where someone can paste their resume, add their Gemini API key, click generate, and instantly see a clean portfolio preview. Then they should be able to download the finished portfolio as an HTML file. It should feel easy for someone who does not code, and it should clearly tell them that their resume and key are sent directly to Google, not stored anywhere else.

If it makes sense, also include a small local Python version that reads a resume text file, uses the API, and writes out the finished HTML file on disk. The generated page should look professional and be easy to share. Please keep the setup straightforward and make the whole thing work end to end. If you need current API details, look them up online first.
