Build me a web platform for running CTF competitions and tracking student performance in an academic setting.

I want students and admins to be able to log in, see tasks, submit flags, upload solution files for manual review, and take timed quizzes. For competitions, there should be categories, scoring, first solve tracking, and a live leaderboard that updates in real time. For the academic side, I need streams, groups, students, lab work tracking, grade calculation, CSV import and export, and simple dashboards so teachers can see progress and audit activity.

Please make it work with a clean frontend and a solid backend, and set it up so I can run everything easily with Docker Compose, including the database. Include basic roles for admin and student, some demo data so the app is usable right away, and make the UI feel like a real product instead of a prototype.
