Ariesjeev/FixPilot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple internal IT support web app called FixPilot.

Employees should be able to type questions like VPN, MFA, password, laptop, or software install help, and get a grounded answer from the company knowledge base first. If the internal docs do not have enough evidence, the app should try a web search and clearly warn that the answer came from external sources. I also want the app to show the decision trace so I can see how it routed the question, what it retrieved, and why it chose the final answer.

Please include a clean chat style page, a way for authorized staff to upload company documents, and basic logging of questions and answers. Use the project’s existing Python backend and keep the solution working with the current FastAPI and agent workflow setup. If anything is unclear, check the README and look up current docs online if you need to.
