Build me a clean, modern event management and ticketing web app for the IEEE APSIT Student Branch.

It should let students sign up, log in, browse upcoming events, register for an event, and get a unique QR ticket. Admins should be able to create and edit events, see who registered, scan QR codes at the venue for check in, and view simple analytics like registrations, attendance, and feedback. Please include role based access so normal users, admins, and superadmins see the right things. I also want a dashboard style admin area, a feedback form after events, and a responsive design that works well on desktop and mobile.
