Build me a modern point of sale app called ArtixPOS. I want someone to sign up, choose their business type, then get a POS that feels made for them, like a restaurant with tables and kitchen orders, a salon with appointments, a pharmacy with batch numbers and expiry alerts, retail with barcode scanning, and hotels or gyms with the right daily workflow.

It should work on web and feel good on tablets and phones. The register needs products, categories, variants, modifiers, cash and card payments, receipts, refunds, shifts, and offline selling that syncs later. Add inventory with stock alerts, suppliers, purchase orders, branch transfers, customers, loyalty, staff roles, time clock, basic payroll, reports, expenses, and exports.

Also include an AI business assistant where the owner can ask plain questions like what sold best this week. Make it clean, fast, purple branded, and ready to run locally with the existing TypeScript app setup.
