Build me a small Node.js server that listens for GitHub Enterprise Server global webhooks and automatically installs one GitHub App into every brand new organization.

When GitHub sends an organization created event, the server should verify the webhook secret, log the new org name, then use my installer app credentials to install the target app into that org without any manual clicking. It should respond fast with 202 right away, then do the install in the background so GitHub does not time out.
