Build me a polished chat app called Klui Chat that feels like a small SaaS product, not just a demo. It should let people sign in with Google through Supabase, keep their chat history in Supabase, and support two access modes, one for local testing and one for paid users with subscriptions. I want users to be able to send messages, get streaming replies from a model API, see usage limits, and upload images and documents securely to private Cloudflare R2.
