Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Claude Code plugin that quietly remembers what happened in past coding sessions and brings the useful parts back next time.

I want it to automatically watch the session, capture tool use and important decisions, then turn that into short AI summaries instead of dumping huge logs back into the prompt. When I start a new session, it should pull in the most relevant context so Claude feels like it remembers the project without me repeating myself. It should also let me keep private stuff out of memory, and give me a simple way to search past observations and see what was saved.

Make the install easy, like one command, and include whatever setup is needed so it works reliably in Claude Code, with a small local viewer if that fits. If you need to look up current docs for the Claude SDK or plugin setup, do that.
