Build me a Windows desktop AI assistant that feels futuristic and polished, with a glassmorphism style dashboard, a glowing AI core, and live system stats. I want to be able to talk to it or type into it, and have it respond with voice, listen continuously if I want, and handle simple commands like opening apps, changing volume, locking the PC, showing the desktop, clearing temp files, emptying the recycle bin, and organizing files in folders.

It should work with a local Ollama model by default so it can run offline, but also support cloud APIs as an option. Keep everything privacy focused and make the app run locally on Windows 10 or 11.
