Build me a polished web platform for planning Low Earth Orbit satellite constellations. I want users to open it in a browser, set up a mission with things like orbit height, inclination, number of planes, satellites per plane, payload frequency, transmit power, beam count, beam size, and gain, then see the constellation move around Earth in real time.

The main view should have an interactive 3D globe with orbit paths, satellites, beam footprints, day and night styling, and controls to speed up or slow down time. Also add a 2D world map view for easier coverage checking. Include inter satellite link options for laser, RF, or microwave, and a link budget section that helps users understand the connection quality.

Please include project sessions so people can create, open, save, and export missions as readable YAML files, with a warning if they have unsaved changes. Make the interface feel modern and space themed, and make it easy to run locally with Python Flask. Look up current docs online if you need to.
