Build me a phishing email detector called PhishShield.

I want a simple web app where someone can paste in an email or upload an .eml or .msg file, then get back a clear result saying whether it looks phishing or legitimate, plus a confidence score and a simple risk indicator. It should also let me see a small history of past scans and let me run the same email again if I want.

Use a Flask backend and a clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front end. Include support for analyzing basic email details like subject, sender domain, links, attachments, and urgent sounding words. If there is no saved model yet, the app should be able to train one from the dataset and keep working.

Make the UI feel modern and easy to use on desktop and mobile. A visible dashboard, manual input mode, file upload mode, and result cards would be great. If you need to check current docs or best practices, look them up online.
