I want to build a utility that can modify a standard Windows installation to make it much better for gaming and general performance. The main goal is to debloat Windows, removing all the unnecessary apps and background processes to free up resources, improve FPS, and lower system latency.

It should also be heavily focused on privacy, so please strip out as much of the Microsoft telemetry and data collection as you can.

However, I don't want to sacrifice security completely. Make the security features configurable, so the user can choose to re-enable things like Windows Defender if they want to. The whole thing should be transparent and open-source, working as a set of scripts or a playbook that modifies an existing system, rather than creating a sketchy custom ISO file. Basically, make a cleaner, faster, and more private version of Windows.
