Build me a self hosted lab system for a small or medium medical diagnostics team. I want staff to be able to sign in securely with roles and optional MFA, then manage the full flow from sample to order to result in one place. There should be a dashboard, searchable lists, barcode based sample handling, status tracking, and result entry that automatically flags low, high, and critical values from reference ranges, with the option to override when needed.

A big requirement is compliance and traceability. Every create, edit, archive, cancel, or reject action should leave a complete audit log with who did it and when, and I want that easy to filter and export. Please include import and export for CSV, plus native HL7 and FHIR support for common lab data exchange. Keep it lightweight, local first, and easy to run on my own infrastructure without needing a separate database server.

Give it a clean clinical interface with a dark mode option too. Look up current docs online if you need to.
