Build me a simple web based Python tool for phone number investigation. I want to type in a phone number, choose which checks to run, then see a clean report on the page.

It should try to find the possible owner name if public sources show it, show whether the number looks risky or spammy, collect related links, show any public comments or reports about the number, and check if the number appears connected to social media platforms. Also let me run all checks at once.

Please make it clear this is only for lawful public information lookup, not tracking, hacking, or harming anyone. Add a nice basic interface, a results page, and simple setup scripts so I can install and run it on a normal Linux machine. It doesn’t need mobile support. Look up current docs online if you need to.
