I want you to turn this basic React starter into a clean, modern web app shell that actually feels usable instead of looking like the default template.

Please replace the starter content with a polished responsive landing page for a generic product or startup. Give it a simple top nav, a strong hero section, a few feature cards, a call to action, and a neat footer. Make the design feel modern and consistent, with good spacing, colors, and mobile friendly layouts. Use the styling and component setup that already seems to be in this repo.

Also set things up so it is easy for me to keep building on later. I want tidy reusable components, sensible file organization, and no dead placeholder code from the template. If there are obvious missing basics like a nicer page title or better default app structure, add them.
