Build me a WireGuard management panel that feels easy to use for someone running a VPN server.

I want a web dashboard where I can see server status, manage interfaces and peers, check usage, set expiry and traffic limits, and view logs and backup history. It should support subscriptions, short links, and adding extra info like phone numbers or Telegram IDs to peers. I also need node support so I can manage multiple servers from one main panel, with separate setup for the main server and each node.

Please include backup and restore tools, both manual and automatic, plus a way to download backups from the panel. A Telegram bot for peer management and backup actions would be great too, along with settings for HTTPS, redirects, bot tokens, and admin access.
