Azure/azure-quickstart-templates ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a web portal that uses the templates from the Azure Quickstarts repository on GitHub. It should act as a user-friendly browser for all the Bicep and ARM templates in there. The main feature should be a search bar that lets users find templates for common infrastructure, like "web app with database" or "virtual machine".

When a user selects a template, they should see a simple form where they can fill in the required parameters like resource group name, location, and any other specifics. After they fill it out, the site should generate the complete PowerShell or Azure CLI command needed to deploy that template. The goal is to make it super easy for someone to find and deploy these pre-built Azure environments without having to dig through the GitHub repo manually.
