Azure/review-checklists ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a repo for Azure design review checklists that lets a team review cloud environments against Microsoft best practices without relying only on Excel.

I want the main content to be version controlled, easy to update, and organized by review area like Azure Landing Zone, AI Landing Zone, WAF, AKS, ARO, AVD, Cost, Multitenancy, Application Delivery Networking, AVS, SAP, API Management, Stack HCI, Spring Apps, Azure DevOps, SQL Migration, and the older Security checklist. Each checklist should be readable in the repo and usable for review conversations.

Also include a way to use the same guidance in spreadsheets, plus Azure Resource Graph queries and workbook style assets where that makes sense, so reviewers can both document findings and validate parts of an environment. Add simple docs that explain the different ways to use the checklists, how to contribute fixes, and that this is guidance rather than an official sign off.
