Build me a privacy first multi model chat app for the browser that connects to OpenRouter and lets me chat with a bunch of popular models from one clean interface.

I want it to feel fast and polished, with a settings panel for adding my API key locally, switching themes, and managing chat behavior. Keep the chat history stored in the browser, with no login and no tracking. Make it responsive for desktop and mobile, and include a simple way to export and import conversations so I can move my data around.

The app should support comparing responses from multiple models, and it should have a few preset modes for different styles of prompting and output tuning. Please make it easy to self host, ideally something I can run locally or drop onto a static host.
