BIMAL-18/BscCSIT — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple student friendly BSc CSIT study materials website from this repo. I want it to take the existing notes, PDFs, text files, and semester folders and turn them into a clean site that feels easy to browse.

The main thing is that a student should be able to open the site, choose a semester like IV SEM or V SEM, see the available subjects or lab materials, and open or download the files without digging through messy folders. Please include pages or sections for things like web tech lab, AI, DBMS important questions, and the uploaded PDFs that are already here.

Keep it lightweight, clear, and mobile friendly, with a simple homepage and neat navigation. If some files need better labels, organize them in a more readable way but do not remove any content. If you need to, look up current docs online, but keep the build straightforward and based on what is already in this repo.
