Build me a sleek futuristic browser racing game called HexGL. I want it to feel like a polished arcade sci fi racer that opens in the browser and lets you jump straight into a race on a 3D track with smooth controls, fast sense of speed, sound, and a clean in game HUD. Use the included game assets like the audio, textures, and geometry so the whole experience feels complete and visually impressive.

Please make sure it runs locally with very simple setup from a basic static web server, with index.html as the main entry point, and that it works well in modern desktop browsers.
