Build me a standalone, offline web app that helps people write better MiniMax H3 video prompts without having to know the exact prompt format.

I want one HTML file that opens in a browser and works locally, so I can build prompts for different H3 workflows like text to video, image based video, first and last frame, reference based generation, and still image edits. The app should give me a friendly guided interface for choosing shots, timing, camera movement, dialogue, continuity, sound, and reference media, then turn that into a clean structured prompt I can copy into my H3 or ComfyUI workflow.

It should also help me organize reusable characters, environments, pictures, videos, and voices, plus offer a visual camera planner and a prompt checker that catches obvious mistakes before I generate. If helpful, include simple local project saving, import and export, and a way to grab frames from local video files. Keep it private, simple, and fully usable without a server.
