BYVoid/OpenCC ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a fast, offline Chinese conversion library that can turn Simplified Chinese into Traditional Chinese and back, with support for Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mainland wording, and a little bit of Japanese character conversion too.

I want it to work as a reusable C++ library, plus simple command line tools people can use on text files. It should use dictionary based conversion, not AI, so the results are stable and predictable. Also make it easy to swap in custom dictionaries or add new ones later.

If it makes sense, include working Python and Node.js bindings so people can use the same converter from scripts and apps. Please add a few example configs and tests, and make sure the build works cleanly on common platforms.
