Build me a clean internal company dashboard for this existing project. I want it to feel like a simple intranet home page where staff can sign in, see a main dashboard, and quickly get to the things they need during the workday.

Please use the setup that is already in the repo and keep it practical. The app should have a polished layout, a sidebar or top navigation, a home dashboard with summary cards, a recent activity area, company announcements, useful internal links, and a simple profile or account area. If there is no real data yet, add neat sample data so the screens look complete and easy to replace later.
