BaobabLims/baobab.lims ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple working version of Baobab LIMS, a web app for managing laboratory samples and tracking a biospecimen from receipt to storage and reuse.

I want it to feel like a real LIMS, with a clean admin style interface where someone can register samples, record key metadata, follow the sample through its workflow, and look up what happened to it later. Please make it easy to run locally with Docker so I can start it with one command, and include sensible setup instructions for first time use.

If there are any docs or implementation details you need, look them up online and follow the existing project as closely as possible. Also make sure there is a basic demo or default login flow so I can get into the app right away and change the admin password after setup.
