Build me a simple cross platform scanner that checks whether a machine or a project might be affected by the axios supply chain attack that was reported online.

I want both a Bash version for macOS and Linux, and a PowerShell version for Windows. It should look through a project for suspicious axios versions, check common lockfiles, and also look for the known dropper folder and the OS specific files that were mentioned in the report. It should be able to scan one project folder, or run a wider machine wide scan across common root paths.

Please make it easy to run from the command line, give clear output like clean, potentially affected, or compromised, and use exit codes so it can be used in scripts. If you need to confirm any of the current indicators or paths, look them up online so the checks match the latest guidance.
