Batlez/AI-Interview-Assist ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Windows desktop app that can look at my screen and help me during interviews or presentations. I want to be able to select part of the screen or analyze the full display, then get useful AI help like text transcription and a short explanation of what is on screen.

It should also have privacy controls so I can use it while sharing or recording my screen without exposing the app. Please include options to hide the window from screen capture, remove it from the taskbar, keep it always on top, and adjust transparency. I’d also like quick hotkeys for the main toggles, and a simple dark and light theme switch.

Use a clean GUI, keep it easy to run on Windows, and make it work with an OpenAI API key from a local env file. If you need to check current docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
