Build me a clean first version of Complyax. I want it to feel like a simple compliance workspace where a small business can see what they need to do, track tasks, and keep basic records in one place.

Please make the website polished and easy to understand, with a landing page that explains the product, then a simple app area with a dashboard, a list of compliance tasks, statuses, due dates, owners, and a detail view for each item. Add some sample data so it feels real even before login or database setup is finished.

Use the existing TypeScript project structure with the website, backend, and data folders. Keep it practical and working end to end, not overbuilt.
