Build me a local memory server for my AI assistant that runs on my PC and helps it never forget important stuff.

I want to save notes, conversations, and code, then search them by meaning instead of exact words. It should have a simple dark web app where I can browse memories, edit them, see related items, and view a knowledge graph of how everything connects.
