Build me a polished MacroDroid automation pack for Android, not a full app. I want a small collection of ready to import macros with clear instructions in each folder, so someone can drop them into MacroDroid and set them up without guesswork.

Please include the main automations from this repo, a Telegram bot for remote phone control and alerts, a shake to turn on flashlight macro, parental monitoring that can forward calls, SMS, notifications and location, a Wake PC macro for sending Wake on LAN on the local network, an intruder camera macro that captures photos, video and location after failed unlock attempts, an anti scam protector for calls plus code SMS situations, and a local browser based remote file manager. If it already exists here, keep the behavior and make the docs cleaner and easier to follow.
