BigPizzaV3/CodexPlusPlus — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a desktop helper app for Codex App called Codex++. I want it to feel like an external launcher and control panel that makes Codex easier to use without modifying the original Codex install files.

It should have two entry points, one silent launcher that just starts Codex and applies enhancements, and one management app where I can check setup status, fix problems, update the tool, configure API relay providers, switch back to the official ChatGPT login mode, and manage user scripts.

Please include practical Codex improvements like unlocking plugin entry points when using API keys, forcing needed plugins to install, deleting sessions, exporting Markdown, moving projects, showing timeline style features, syncing provider session metadata, opening files in Zed when possible, and creating upstream worktrees safely after fetching remote branches.

Make it cross platform for Windows and macOS, with a clean light and dark UI, automatic GitHub release updates, and no ugly terminal window on Windows. Use Rust and Tauri if that fits. Look up current docs online if needed.
