Build me a small command line tool called UPI INT that helps with UPI based info gathering and analysis for OSINT style recon.

I want it to run with Node and work on Termux, Windows, and Linux. When I start it, it should show a clean menu, let me enter a UPI handle or related identifier, and then run whatever checks or lookups are available in the project to collect useful details and present them in a readable way.
