Build me a single page web app that helps people make detailed image prompts for Pony Diffusion, focused on waifu style characters.

I want an easy visual interface where someone can pick things like language, light or dark theme, safe or adult mode, number of characters, art style, appearance, body type, clothing, accessories, pose, expression, scenario, and image quality tags. When they choose options, the app should automatically generate a positive prompt and a negative prompt they can copy and paste into an image generator. If NSFW is turned on, show the extra adult options and warning only then.

Please also add a button to reset everything back to default, copy buttons for the prompts, and support for Portuguese, English, Japanese, and Spanish. If you can, include a small AI help feature that suggests extra tags or character ideas based on the current selections, and look up current docs online if needed. Make it responsive, clean, and simple to use in a browser.
