Build me a web app for managing IPTV providers and playlists for multiple users.

I want an admin dashboard where I can connect to several IPTV providers, sync their channels, movies, series, and EPG data, then organize everything into clean custom playlists for each user. It should support secure logins, per user channel access, max stream limits, and the option to hide or show provider details depending on the user. I also want category mapping, drag and drop sorting, bulk edits, search, and a way to generate M3U playlists and public share links.

Please include EPG support, automatic sync on a schedule, backup and import export tools, and a simple responsive UI. Make it secure with JWT auth, rate limiting, and protection against unsafe upstream URLs. If it helps, follow the docs in the repo and look up current library docs online when needed.
