Build me a private study app called NitroAI that runs on Mac and Windows.

I want to drop in a lecture video, PDF, audio file, webpage, or YouTube link, and have it turn that into clean study notes, flashcards, quizzes, and a chat that can answer questions about the material. It should work fully on my computer by default, with no account and no data sent anywhere, but also let me paste in my own OpenAI or Anthropic key if I want better results. Please make the first run simple, with an option to use local AI or my own key, and keep my notes and generated content saved locally so I can come back to them later and export them from settings.
